It amazes me how much my mind is capable of forgetting. Like how my two week old fit perfectly in my new momma arms. Or the sweetness and wonder in the gaze of my three year old's eyes. I have a vague recollection yes, but I cannot see it fully or pull it into the frame of my mind's view.
Now, more than ever, with children growing like tall oak trees towards the sky, beautiful and fast as lighting... I realize how important it is to take the picture. Take ALL the pictures.
Someone asked me what do I most enjoy photographing, above all else? What is my favorite? But since I was a child, I've never been quite good at picking favorites. There is just too vast a variety of exceptional choices in this world to pick one of anything. Favorite color? Favorite food? Fall or Summer? Lake, beach or mountains? Sorry, I just can't and refuse to comply. I will enjoy them all when given the opportunity.
When it comes to photography I'm not much different. To sum it up, I love shooting anything that revolves around love. A mom wondrously looking down upon the little life being knit together in her belly, parents watching their teenage senior with pride as they prepare for them to spread their wings and fly, a family gleefully playing in a creek building core memories, a father choking back tears while watching his daughter's first dance, a couple, starry eyed and giggly, just beginning their journey to happily ever after. It's all beautiful and a joy to capture.

My family and I had the best experience with Savvy Rose Photography. Danay's patience shined through as she worked beautifully with our four young children. It was a pretty lengthy photo shoot because I wanted to get a lot of different shots and we even did an outfit change but she kept the children engaged and having fun. There were no forced smiles from them, and our 4 year old even wanted to invite her to her birthday party because she said Mrs Danay was a "really nice lady". It literally felt like we were doing a photoshoot with a good friend even though it was our first time meeting her. I will most definitely utilize her services again because she was so easy to work with and professional, and so very reasonably priced. We absolutely loved how the pictures turned out and the hardest part was choosing which ones we wanted to print out because they all were so cute.

Goodness gracious! SAVVY ROSE ALL THE WAY! Her patience, attention to detail, and pure grace are incomparable. I am so thankful find her. She took our new born pictures and was so respectful by washing her hands, allowing me to nurse if needed, did not rush us AT ALL, she was so gentle and sweet and was just so dang kind the entire time. She even knows how to deal with Husbands who hate taking pictures. lol. I really cant brag enough on her but also HER WORK!! Our 6 month pictures are even better than I imagined. They are absolutely perfect and she over delivers every time. I will be taking pictures with her year after year as long as we live in the Atlanta. I already look forward to our 1 year pictures with her.
